Here in Charleston, you get asked three questions pretty frequently: Are you from here? Do you have a boat? What's your favorite restaurant? We wake up thinking of which chef's dish we will try this week. These dreams led us to starting this farm and creating what we call the "Chef's Cut". That is a smaller, more manageable product that is packed full of amazing unique flavors. The best word to describe us is Custom Farming. We can cultivate whatever ingredients your menu needs while also growing to a specific size based on each dish's demands. The crazier the flavor, the more we love it. We encourage all our chefs and culinary friends to reach out with flavors that are difficult to source. Lettuce grow exactly what you need!
